The Sea calls to me - Canvas for Dusty Attic

Hello crafty friends!

My inspiration for this canvas was of course the gorgeous Dusty Attic moodboard for this month challenge. I'm not a winter person so when I first looked at the moodboard I felt absolutley happy! I miss the beach so much so for a little while, during the creating process I felt I was there.

In my canvas, inspired on the Mood-Board, I didn't want a photo, I wanted something which will express my love to the Beach!

On the beckground I used a few Lindy's sprays to match the mood board colors, added a bit on texture with stencil and texture paste.  The fun part was to color the amazing Dusty Attic Chipboards: the Swirly frame with Stampendous Shabby Blue, the shells (#2 and #3) with Shabby white, the Twisted iron #2 and the Industrial Chains with Stampendous Aged Blue.

I fussy cut flowers from prima's paper, assembled all toget with gauze and Art Stones on top.

Masculine steampunk cards for Fantasy

Hello Crafty friends!

Here with you today with a couple of Masculine steampunk cards, using the amazing new steampunk dies.

Although this 2 cards were  made with mixed media tecniques their style is cleaner.

I wanted to create layers, as always, but not too much. I wanted each layer to be very visible, because they are fabolous!

On the background I adhered papers from a steampunk collection, made tags from the same papers and started painting the die cuts with different rust pastes, Metalic Acrylic Paints and Metalique Waxes.

After layering each one of the cards I added sentiment and brads.

Marry me Set for Scrapiniec

Hello Scrapiniec friends!

I'm here with you today to share the set I've made for inspiring you.

  

Valentine's Day is approaching and that's why I decided to make this set with a small Ring Box and a card for marriage proposal.

I used layers of Grapevine chipboards and Glasses wine chipboard from The One collection.

I colored papers, chipboards and fabric laces for the box with Shimmer Color Sprays.
