Romantic mini metal boxes with Gorgeous Dusty Attic

 Hello friends!

It's Anat here back today with my Moodboard inspired project - a trio of mini metal boxes.

A few months ago I altered two metal boxes which I loved, so I decided to repeat it and to do some more. Again inspired by a gorgeous Moodboard, this time shades of Rose , beige and Brown - yummy.

  So I grabbed some beautiful Romantic chippies, covered them with different Impasto paints and Rubbed with Finnabair's waxes. Dusty Atiic's mini Designs are perfect for this Boxes, as well as for ATCs.

On the lid I adhered lace fabric and on top beautiful Papers by Craft O'clock.

Altered bottles - video tutorial for Finnabair

The technique in both bottles is pretty much the same, in each bottle I have created different background and used different elements.

Steam Journal with Dusty Attic

 Hello friends!

It's Anat here with my new project - a Steampunk Journal.

You will probably see me in a row of Steampunk/Industrial projects, I mean more than my usual LOL. That's because I'm thrilled with Dusty Attic's new Industrial release, each chipboard is more beautiul than the other!

So I grabbed many pieces and combined them to alter the Journal cover, ofcourse I first added lots of texture to background, using crackle paste, sprays and waxes. When the cluster was glued and dry I coverd with black gesso and Rust Pastes, to color the Mechanical submarine with impasto pain and rust pastes. To finalize I rubbed metalique wax on all elements.
