Our Nest, Our Home ATC houses for Dusty Attic

It's Anat here,  back with my moodboard inspired project - a trio of ATC houses.

I wanted to create this houses for sometime now, I've seen this idea with 2 great designers and friends and I loved it.

As you can see this set is made entirely with chipboards, when I made the composition I felt there wasn't any need to add another type of  elemnt and I'm so inlove with what I come up with! After bulding the houses I painted them with Impasto paints, leaving the Natural background here and there, I than stampped them and went to color the chipboards using the same mixes of impasto paint adding a bit of rubbed metalique wax and dry brush gesso.

Art is the Only way - frame for Dusty Attic

It's Anat here, wishing you all Happy New Year! May 2021 will be just fabulous for all of us!

I'm sharing today an altered frame in my favorite style - Vintage.

To alter the frame I first painted it with dark chocolate Impasto paint and after drying covered with Medirranenean impasto paint, removing a bit of the paint with baby wipe. I than added to the background a gorgeous vintage paper.

The chipboard were also painted with mixes of impasto paints and finnaly rubbed with metalique waxes.

Together with the chipboard I used as a focal point a Sticker image , by Finnabair, with awesome quote: "Art is the Only way to run away without leaving home"

Windows for 2021 for Dusty Attic

 Hello crafty friends!

Anat here, I'm back today with my project inspired by the gorgeous December Moodboard. 

I made a trio of ATC "Windows for 2021"

While creating this little windows I was thinking about everything I wish  for 2021, this year was rather difficult and challenging for most of us and obviously we need good things to happen!! I feel the new year will brings us lots of wonderful things, we just have to Believe!

I used some marvelous new chippies like the amazing Foliage #27, Snowflakes #4 and others, all were treated with Impasto and Liquid Acrylic Paints.

I added different colors of glitter to give my windows the desired shine.
