Nostalgic

Hello there,
Today I want to show you my entry to Mixed Media World challenge.

MMW#24: Anything Mixed Media Goes with a Twist (watercolors)

BLOG BADGE

Recently my father sent me some old photos, some of them years before I was born.
The photo shows My parents in Israel as a baren land - my parents left their homes in Brasil and moved to Israel because of ideals, one of them was the need to flourish the land (hope that`s how you say it). That`s why I decided to use green and brown for the background and colors for the flowers.
Loved creating my first canvas with my parents on it - love you so much Mom and Dad xoxo!!!

To color the background and the flowers I used Derwent inktense watercolors.

Hope you`ll like it:

Blue love

Hello,
Dropping in today to share my entry in Mixedmedia and art march challenge.

March mood-board inspired me very much although only recently I've learned to like the Blue color (that's because of my daughter); I'm more like a Pink lover...
The seashells, the boat and the words have everything to do with
"Love" so I knew I have to alter this piece.
First, I brushed Sand texture paste on to all piece, than I gessoed it.
When it was dry, I painted with a few Lindy's Sprays. I glued the little seashells and clay stars and brushed a bit of Finnabair’s snowflake paste to make it look like Whitecaps.
I decided not to paint around the piece and leave with it's natural color to give it more  rustic look and match even more to the mood board.

I really enjoyed creating it and hope you'll love it as much as I do.

Masculine card

Hello,
Here again with my entry for the Scrap & craft challenge-2.
I decided to make a masculine card with the one of Studio 75 collections that I love.
I used a chipboard frame and chipboard branches, 2 cardstocks from Mrs&Mr black 12x12 paper pack and 2 tags from the same paper pack.
I made the focal flower and others embellishments.

Hope you like it...

Beautiful Butterfly

Hi,
Here again with my entry to more than words march challenge

My love for Butterflies match perfectly with the word Beautiful.
Butterflies are so incredible and colorful that I use them in my projects very often.

I wanted to give my Butterfly the central place in my project so I decided to use a big stamp, color and emboss it to give it a beautiful shine.
Hope you like it, here it is:

Beautiful colors

Projects I enjoy creating more, are those with a picture of my daughter.

Today I’m here with a canvas I made to join with in Lindy's Stamp Gang March color challenge.

March colors pallet is gorgeous and very much inspiring.

I started with modeling paste and stencils, I sprinkled on top of the wet paste merci beaucoup mint embossing powder and Stardust Candy Rose embossing powder and heat gun them. I stamped and embossed a little with a mixture of Byzantine-Bronze embossing powder and Oom pah pah pink embossing powder , which turned out beautiful.
Than sprayed with Cape Cod coral Spray and Merci beaucoup mint spray just in the area where the composition will be.
After glowing all elements, I embossed some die cut swirls with merci beaucoup mint embossing powder
I finished with splashes of Cape Cod coral Spray and Merci beaucoup mint spray.

Here is my project:

Love denim

I love denim! It feels like home… something we wear when we feel totally comfortable, that’s why I decided to do my project on denim. I joined the Mixed Media Place February challenge with it.

Even though my project is very different from the Denim Glamour I have to mention that last week I’ve been to Finnabair’s Workshops  and I absolutely love it!! Anna is gorgeous! She is polite, patient and very very nice and very talented of course.

So here it is:

Hello,

I absolutely adore glitter and everything similar, that's why I knew I have to do something for the Mixed Media and art February-challenge. I really love the moodboard and was very much inspired  by It: sketch, golden Glittery shoes and everything else.
