Long cards set for Fantasy

Hello dears!

I'm here, today,  with my new Mixed-Media card set, this time especially long cards.

In my cards I used Fantasy cutting dies in the background and in the composition, Fantasy have many fabulous texture-background  cutting dies using them gives the background such a special look - you must try it!

Use your Wings altered tin for Scrapiniec

Hello crafty friends!

Here with you today to share my new project with gorgeous Scrapiniec chipboards.

I love recycling and altering and that's what I have done with the metal tin box, originaly a Baby Formula box.

As you can see it was altered with the Patina effect paste set but before that it was primed with Black Gesso, covered with crackle paste and a bit of mini art stones for more texture. After the central focus was adhered I added pearls and pebbles and painted them with Gold metalic paint and white gesso.

I have used gears, cogs and the gorgeous Use your Wings piece.

 

It's quite an easy project and the result is so gorgeous! Why not give it a try - right?!

Vintage Love with Dusty Attic March Mood-Board

Hello crafty friends!

I am back with another project using the March mood board as an inspiration.

I have this tree slice for some time now and when I saw the mood-board I knew I was going to use it as a canvas. I've chosen my Mother's  vintage photo to go with the gorgeous Foliage #18, Geometric-Panel #2 small and  ATC frame #5.

I added some texture to the background with a mix of  Finnabair Platinuim crackel paste and Lindy's Cuckoo Clock Cardinal Magical Shaker through one of Finnabair's new stencils. The chippies were colored with Finnabair's: Green Metal Rust Past, Royal Red Metalique Paint, Vintage Gold Metalique Wax and a Dry Brush of White Gesso.

 As a matting to my Mother's picture I added paper die cut made with Fantasy cuuting Die  and 49 & Market paper flowers.

Steampunk Box Video tutorial for MMP

Hello dear friends!

I made last month a Steampunk wooden Suitcase and after publishing I was asked to make a video tutorial on how to make this project. So here it is!

You will see in this video tutorial steps  where  I color a few times using the same products, that's what gives the box a unique metal look!
